Theme : The theme will be provided on the spot and the cartoon should convey the theme in a creative manner
Drawing sheet will be provided
Dialogue: Should be short and clear
Additional Rules: Plagiarised work will be disqualified

Registration Guidelines
A participant is allowed to take part in three events.
Arrive at the venue 15 mins before the event starts
Carry your ID card for verification
If there is NO minimum number of participants for a particular event,
a consolation prize will be awarded to the winners.
Follow all safety and event-specific instructions provided by the organizers
